Software Engineer, Treasury Technology

Overview

You’ll build and improve software that supports global trading, working with business users and a distributed Dev team. You’ll also implement DevOps practices and provide production support for application incidents.

What you'll do

• Build software to support global trading across time zones.
• Work with business users to establish and refine requirements.
• Identify new technologies to continuously improve software systems.
• Implement DevOps practices using GitHub/GitLab and Jenkins.
• Provide production support to diagnose and resolve software production incidents.
• Implement proactive remediation measures for elevated incidents.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or another technical/scientific field.
• Have at least 8 years of object-oriented programming experience with C#/.NET.
• Have significant experience with databases, primarily MS SQL Server.
• Have experience writing automated tests, unit tests, and using test-driven development.
• Know design/architecture patterns, distributed systems, microservices, observability and monitoring, and containerization (Docker).
• Be willing to work as part of a distributed Dev team across 3 time zones (USA, Poland, India).
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain commitment to the highest ethical standards.
