What you'll do

• Validate front-end, back-end, and endpoint functionality across product components.
• Define best practices for product testing and act as a testing domain expert.
• Build, configure, and maintain test environments and assets across supported configurations and endpoints.
• Review requirements and designs with Product Management and Development teams and provide bug-focused feedback.
• Design and execute end-to-end, risk-based test coverage for customer experience protection.
• Write high-quality bug reports and define quality metrics and dashboards.
• Test SaaS/iPaaS and other cloud-based systems across Windows and Linux environments.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering with progression across releases and product cycles.
• Deep experience designing and executing comprehensive frontend and backend test strategies.
• Proven ability to build, configure, and maintain stable, production-like test environments.
• Hands-on experience in Scrum/Agile teams, influencing acceptance criteria and improving testability.
• Strong experience validating REST/SOAP APIs and working with JSON/XML payloads.
• Experience testing integrations with databases and CRM/ERP systems and external services.
• Comfort using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and Datadog (or similar APM/monitoring platforms).

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation using TypeScript or Python.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve test generation, code quality, analysis, or productivity.
