Overview

Software QA Engineer focused on networking and security protocols, with responsibilities spanning AI-driven test workflow development, system/product security testing, and automation/validation.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise next-generation firewalls and cloud-native security services.
• Perform complex troubleshooting during test execution, including network isolation, deep packet analysis, and RCA.
• Drive agentic security autonomous flow and build an AI-based framework for test workflows using Python and REST APIs/config automation tools.
• Partner with engineering teams to file critical software bugs.
• Scope future product feature requests based on testing outcomes.

What you'll need

• 4 to 8 years of experience (as stated in the job title).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude) for test automation.
• Familiarity with Python-based AI libraries and REST API integrations.
• Deep mastery and hands-on experience with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPSec, SSL-VPN, NAT, and DNS/DHCP.
• Practical knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerization/hypervisors (Docker, Kubernetes, VMware ESXi).
• Experience with Host (Linux/Windows) tools and traffic generators for stress-testing and validation.

Nice to have

• CCNP/CCIE with practical knowledge.
• Advanced debugging and RCA across application, OS, networking, and platform issues.
• Experience building AI/LLM-based workflows for test generation and failure triage.
• Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives and drive design reviews.
• Ability to translate customer/field issues into product-quality improvements and identify production risks.
• Strong communication of technical risks, trade-offs, quality metrics, and recommendations.
