Software Quality Engineer

Overview

Software Quality Engineer responsible for building automation frameworks, developer tools, and AI-enabled solutions that improve software testability, defect detection, and quality throughout the development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain automation frameworks for desktop, web, API, and system-level testing.
• Develop reusable software tools, libraries, APIs, and utilities.
• Partner with developers to improve code testability and apply Shift-Left quality practices.
• Integrate automated validation and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply AI to test generation, log analysis, failure-pattern detection, and root-cause analysis.
• Automate test-result and quality-metric reporting.
• Build dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

What you'll need

• Master's degree with 0 years of related work experience, or bachelor's degree with 2 years of related work experience.
• Software development experience in C#, Java, Python, TypeScript, or a similar language.
• Knowledge of OOP, OOD, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and clean coding.
• Experience with automation frameworks, developer tools, APIs, libraries, or test infrastructure.
• Experience with UI automation and API testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, SQL, Git, and web services.
• Experience integrating automated tests with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD platforms.
