Software Technical Leader

Overview

Software Technical Leader (Functional Safety L3) to drive ASIL-compliant embedded software design and delivery for power electronics applications.

What you'll do

• Develop FuSa software for inverter and converter controller production projects.
• Design, code, and test software using an Automotive SPICE-compliant development process.
• Collaborate with multisite teams using Agile methodology.
• Interface with systems engineering to ensure software requirements are documented and analyzed.
• Support project family common software architecture and maintain traceability from requirements to test cases.
• Work across time zones with other software engineers.

What you'll need

• Experience: 6-9 years.
• Minimum 3 years in Functional Safety (FuSa) software development.
• Hands-on FuSa level 3 software development experience is compulsory.
• Experience with 32-bit Infineon TC3xx microcontrollers (configuration and on-chip peripheral usage).
• Embedded software development expertise using C language.
• Knowledge of microcontroller peripherals (e.g., ADC monitoring, QSPI monitoring, clock monitoring, watchdog/BIST).
• Educational qualification: B.E/B. Tech/M.E/MTech in Electronics/Communication/Electrical/Instrumentation.
