Overview

Associate Software Test Automation Engineer supporting software quality and reliability through test automation, documentation, and bug reporting.

What you'll do

• Create and run basic automated test scripts.
• Document test cases and results for the QA team.
• Collaborate with developers to understand software requirements.
• Execute test cases and report bugs in a tracking system.
• Maintain and update test scripts as needed.
• Participate in test planning and review sessions.

What you'll need

• Basic programming knowledge of Java or Python.
• Ability to create simple test cases based on specifications.
• Familiarity with Selenium or JUnit for automated testing.
• Proficiency in bug tracking systems such as JIRA.
• Ability to document test cases and defects clearly.
• Basic knowledge of technical theories/principles via coursework or internship.
