Overview
Software Test Engineer II focused on embedded verification. Responsible for planning and executing multiple verification types for embedded software features.
What you'll do
- Design, develop and execute functional, integration, regression, system and exploratory verification for embedded software features.
- Analyze requirements and architecture to create verification strategies, test cases, and traceability/verification documentation.
- Build and maintain manual and automated verification solutions using Python, C#, or similar technologies.
- Create and maintain BDD scenarios and reusable automation assets.
- Perform verification using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), simulators, engineering test stations and lab environments.
- Set up and continuously maintain verification environments including device provisioning, firmware flashing and software installation.
- Investigate defects via debugging, log analysis and root cause analysis, and document findings for development teams.
What you'll need
- 2+ years of embedded software verification/testing or firmware validation for product-based organizations.
- Strong experience in embedded systems and Python/C# automation.
- Debugging and hardware/software integration experience.
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Location: Bangalore.
- Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week; onsite roles require full-time presence in company facilities.
