Software Tooling Support Engineer

Overview

Software Tooling Support Engineer responsible for supporting, configuring, and improving software engineering tooling used by R&D teams.

What you'll do

• Provide functional and operational support for assigned software engineering tools and platforms.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues within agreed service levels.
• Support users with application usage, access management, and configuration-related requests.
• Configure application settings, permissions, workflows, templates, integrations, and related configurations.
• Coordinate testing for application changes, upgrades, and releases, including UAT and deployment validation.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge articles, and participate in operational reviews and support meetings.

What you'll need

• Work with software engineering and DevOps/developer productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Bamboo, and Artifactory.
• Support operational support, incidents, and service requests under agreed service levels.
• Handle access management and configuration-related user requests.
• Perform application upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management activities.
• Verify application functionality after implementations and system changes.
• Support onboarding, training, and adoption activities for engineering teams.
