Solution Architect

Overview

Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom software solutions seamlessly within existing systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development workflows and product delivery.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience.
• 15 years full time education.
• Must have proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations management and discovery processes within enterprise environments.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to ServiceNow platforms.
• Excellent understanding of performance optimization and code quality best practices.
