Overview

Solution Architect - HR 3 designs and implements HR technology solutions and ensures they align with architectural standards and HR/IT requirements.

What you'll do

• Design and implement HR technology solutions supporting business goals and employee experience.
• Translate HR functional requirements with HR and IT stakeholders into scalable solution designs.
• Create architecture frameworks for HR systems across talent management, learning, and workforce planning.
• Ensure HR platform integration with enterprise systems while maintaining data consistency and compliance.
• Evaluate and select HR tools and technologies based on business needs and technical feasibility.
• Provide technical input across solution development, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements for usability, efficiency, and data quality.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Master’s degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering.
• Relevant certifications including HR implementation (MIHRM) and Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with HR solutioning and solution design for areas like talent management, learning, and workforce planning.
• Required skills include commercial modeling, critical thinking, data analytics, and data visualization.
• English language proficiency stated as Proficient (C2).
