Lead Solution Architect – HR

Overview

Lead Solution Architect – HR to design and deliver HR technology and data solutions that support business priorities and enhance employee experience.

What you'll do

• Lead design and delivery of HR technology and data solutions.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solution architectures.
• Develop and maintain architecture frameworks for core HR systems (talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement).
• Align HR technology capabilities with transformation initiatives and operational goals.
• Ensure HR systems integrate with enterprise platforms while maintaining data consistency, security, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership to HR solution teams and ensure deliverables meet architectural standards.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Or have a master’s degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering.
• Hold certifications including Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resource (MIHRM) and Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Have experience in people leadership and strategic advisory.
• Have skills in data analytics and data visualization.
• Be proficient in English (C2).
