Solutions Architect

Overview

Solutions Architect works closely with sales to support pre- and post-sales success, and provides subject-matter expertise to customers and partners.

What you'll do

• Support sales opportunities from pre-sales through post-sales relationships.
• Provide architectural designs and engage in proofs of concept, technical validations, and deployments.
• Deliver subject matter expertise in Veeam product suites to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Create whitepapers, best-practice guides, competitive analysis, and strategies for deployments and sales opportunities.
• Contribute to Veeam Community Forums.
• Represent Veeam at marketing and technical presentations.

What you'll need

• Deep experience with hypervisor technologies from multiple vendors including Vmware, Microsoft, and RedHat.
• Hands-on experience with large and complex datacenter infrastructure operations.
• Experience and understanding of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Experience with relational database software.
• Experience with programming/scripting for automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting in-person and on the phone.

Details

• Location: Remote, Belgium.
• Travel: Travel within the assigned region as directed, including 30% in-country travel and 5% EMEA.
