Solutions Architect - APAC (MD Netwall)

Overview

Solutions Architect for APAC, acting as the SME for OPSWAT’s MetaDefender NetWall and driving growth and adoption across the region.

What you'll do

• Serve as the technical expert for MetaDefender NetWall across APAC.
• Partner with sales to design secure OT network architectures and deliver customer/partner presentations.
• Lead technical workshops, product demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements.
• Guide customers through prequalification, architecture design, and deployment planning.
• Identify new market opportunities and emerging use cases in critical infrastructure and industrial environments.
• Support sales enablement and build/nurture partnerships with technology vendors and system integrators.
• Represent OPSWAT at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical events across APAC.

What you'll need

• 7+ years experience in a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, Network Architect, or similar technical customer-facing role.
• Expertise in data networking technologies and protocols including BGP, routing, and SD-WAN architectures.
• Background in Operational Technology (OT) environments and familiarity with ICS and common industrial protocols.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.
• Experience leading Proof-of-Concept engagements and technical solution design.
• Strong skills in technical documentation, requirements definition, and business case development.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders.

Details

• Based in APAC with regional travel of approximately 25–30%.
