Solutions Architect - Central

Overview

Solutions Architect at Endor Labs, acting as the technical bridge between the company's Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security product suite and its customers.

What you'll do

• Educate with enthusiasm: raise awareness of Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security with developers.
• Master the supply chain security product suite and become the go-to expert and evangelist.
• Deliver tailored demos and solution-oriented presentations that speak to customer needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design solutions that address customer challenges, feeding field insights into product development.
• Facilitate customer success by guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and achieving their security and development objectives.

What you'll need

• Experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing, technical role, including technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and leading evaluations.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including backend or full-stack development experience, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based development workflows, and DevOps tooling.
• Familiarity with application security concepts, software supply chain security, and/or identity & access management principles.
• Robust understanding of the Developer, DevOps, Application Security, and open-source ecosystems.
• Experience engaging technical customers at an Enterprise level, articulating complex solutions, and operating in a sales cycle.

Nice to have

• Ability to meet developers where they are and flex programming skills.
