Solutions Architect - East

Overview

Solutions Architect on Endor Labs' customer-facing team, connecting customers with the Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security product suite through education, demos and onboarding.

What you'll do

• Educate customers and developers on Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security.
• Master the supply chain security product suite and act as the go-to expert and evangelist.
• Deliver tailored, solution-oriented demos that address each customer's needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design solutions for customer challenges and feed field insights into product development.
• Guide customers through onboarding and adoption of the Endor Labs solution to meet their security and development objectives.

What you'll need

• Experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing, technical role, including technical deep dives, product demonstrations and leading evaluations.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including backend or full-stack development experience, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based development workflows and DevOps tooling.
• Familiarity with application security concepts, software supply chain security, and/or identity & access management principles.
• Robust understanding of the Developer, DevOps, Application Security and open-source ecosystems.
• Experience engaging technical customers at an Enterprise level, articulating complex solutions and operating in a sales cycle.

Nice to have

• Ability to meet developers where they are and flex programming skills.

Details

• Remote, US (EST).
• Compensation range of $190,000 - $250,000 for candidates who receive an offer, which may include commission targets, restricted stock units and/or bonuses.
