Solutions Architect - West

Overview

Solutions Architect at Endor Labs, a customer-facing technical role connecting customers with the Endor Labs application and supply chain security platform.

What you'll do

• Educate customers and developers on Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security.
• Master the supply chain security product suite and act as the go-to expert and evangelist.
• Deliver tailored demos and solution-oriented presentations that address customer needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design solutions for customer challenges and feed field insights into product development.
• Guide customers through onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of the Endor Labs solution.

What you'll need

• Experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing, technical role.
• Experience with technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and leading evaluations.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including backend or full-stack development experience, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based development workflows, and DevOps tooling.
• Familiarity with application security concepts, software supply chain security, and/or identity & access management principles.
• Robust understanding of the Developer, DevOps, Application Security, and open-source ecosystems.
• Experience engaging technical customers at an Enterprise level and articulating complex solutions within a sales cycle.

Details

• Remote US (PST).
• Compensation range expected to be $190,000 - $250,000, which may include commission targets, restricted stock units, and/or bonuses depending on the role.
