Solutions Architect - Presales (Cisco)

Overview

Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) supporting end-to-end Cisco solution design and technical presales work. Partners with sales and customers to define requirements and produce proposals, presentations, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Work with Sales, Partners, and Customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end Cisco solutions across enterprise networking, security, SD-WAN, cloud, and data center.
• Create HLD, LLD, and BoQ/BoM for Cisco solutions.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs and create techno-commercial proposals and scope documents.
• Conduct solution presentations, demos, PoCs, and technical walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and delivery teams for deployment readiness and maintain solution documentation.

What you'll need

• 4-8 years of experience as a Pre-Sales / Solution Engineer.
• Strong understanding of Cisco Networking and Cybersecurity products.
• Experience with VLAN design, segmentation, inter-VLAN routing, redundancy, and high availability.
• Mandatory networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and ICMP.
• Solid understanding of network security including firewalls and VPNs.
• Customer-focused ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• BE / B.Tech in a relevant discipline.
