Solutions Engineer | France | Remote

Overview

Serve as a customer-facing technical product expert, helping customers evaluate and adopt Grafana Labs technology while partnering with Sales to qualify and close opportunities.

What you'll do

• Partner with Sales to present Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy.
• Own technical customer engagements and support complex opportunity closures.
• Deliver product and technical presentations.
• Communicate customer and competitive feedback to internal teams.
• Drive product conversations around customer needs and problems.
• Create documentation, blog posts, videos, and enablement materials.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to articulate product value propositions and technical advantages.
• Ability to solve technical challenges creatively.
• Technical mindset and desire to grow technically.
• Must be located in France.

Nice to have

• Experience with open-source technologies.
• Experience in metrics or monitoring.
• Experience with MEDD(P)ICC or similar sales methodologies.

Details

• Remote role in France.
• On-target earnings range from EUR 103,750 to EUR 128,000.
