Solutions Engineer, Growth - East

Overview

Growth Solutions Engineer (East) supporting Growth (SMB/Commercial) customers with cloud security pre-sales and technical enablement.

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership to customers and prospective customers alongside Growth sales to meet quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver customer and prospect presentations including whiteboards, product demonstrations, slides, and proof-of-value outcomes.
• Help customers and prospects build test plans to demonstrate value of the Wiz platform in their environments.
• Partner with regional account executives as a trusted advisor for cloud security topics.
• Learn new technologies and product features to articulate Wiz value to potential customers.
• Invest time in industry learning and broadening technical skillsets.

What you'll need

• 3-4 years of pre-sales experience.
• Be based in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone.
• Ability to deliver world-class demonstrations and training experiences.
• Confidence in a high-velocity technical sale.
• Familiarity with one or more cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity architecture and tooling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• SaaS experience.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).

Details

• Full-time position; reports to the Growth Solutions Engineering Manager.
• Supports Growth (SMB/Commercial) customers and covers cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
