Sourcing Manager - Space & Occupancy, Director, Sourcing / Procurement

Overview

Director-level Sourcing Manager role within Sourcing/Procurement, leading end-to-end commercial negotiations and vendor management for Space & Occupancy.

What you'll do

• Lead Sourcing and Procurement activities for Space & Occupancy across different categories and regions
• Drive commercial negotiations to optimize cost and value
• Oversee Contract Management
• Ensure strong commercial, legal and compliance governance
• Partner with global stakeholders to deliver consistent sourcing outcomes

What you'll need

• 5-10+ years of sourcing/procurement experience
• Strong commercial and contract negotiation expertise
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Ariba and Excel/PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of global sourcing and vendor management
• Strong stakeholder management across business, legal, and finance
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in Real Estate/Construction

Details

• Location: Mumbai, India
• Work mode: in office 3 days per week
• Coverage: Monday to Friday, 1:30 AM to 10:30 PM India time
