Specialist 2 – Concurrent Audit/Bank Audit, FS-Internal Audit Services, Advisory

Overview

Specialist role in concurrent/bank internal audit covering process and control reviews across core banking areas, ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and internal policies.

What you'll do

• Execute reviews of bank processes and controls as part of the audit.
• Review trade finance, treasury, credit, KYC, and remittances processes.
• Adhere to RBI regulatory guidelines and internal policies/processes.
• Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and non-compliance instances.
• Draft audit issues with clear articulation of risk and recommendations.
• Maintain workpapers of test procedures to meet quality standards.
• Document findings and propose recommendations addressing root cause and organizational impact.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and the regulatory environment (RBI guidelines).
• Experience in internal audit/process audit concepts and methodology for banks.
• Relevant experience in trade finance, treasury, credit/loans, KYC, and remittances.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and report writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
