Overview

Specialist role handling customer tender and drafting requirements for key clients, performing and updating system tasks without supervision, and auditing work performed by sales team members.

What you'll do

• Understand customer tender and drafting requirements of key clients and perform/update the tasks and steps in the system as illustrated, without any supervision.
• Perform audits of work performed by sales team members.
• Perform transactional and support activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in MARS-like systems for key clients.
• Perform system processing as per defined guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Respond to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Highlight issues, if any, and request corrective action from the supervisor.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.
• Make recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and procedures.
