Specialist - F&A - AP 4A

Overview

Specialist role in Finance and Accounting (F&A) Accounts Payable at Genpact, supporting invoice processing, vendor payments and AP process quality.

What you'll do

• Calculate and post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for maintaining accounts payable records.
• Process invoices with PO / Non-PO.
• Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval.
• Ensure quality of AP processes and handle all non-compliant and non-standard processes within the country.
• Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices, calculating and taking discounts when applicable.
• Check vendor files for previous payments and assign voucher numbers. Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amount and coding per accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement AP improvements.
• Perform vendor reconciliation and manage the vendor payment cycle, GRIR reconciliations, vendor advances, etc.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Language: English, Advanced - C1 (Required).
