Overview

Specialist role in Finance & Accounting focused on Record-to-Report (R2R) external reporting.

What you'll do

• Prepare and review external financial statements in line with GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable standards.
• Coordinate and support external audits by providing accurate, timely, and complete documentation.
• Analyze financial data to surface trends, variances, and reporting process improvements.
• Support design, testing, and implementation of internal controls for financial reporting accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to explain financial performance and reporting outcomes.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements for ongoing compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• English language (Required) with proficiency at Intermediate (B1).
• Experience in account maintenance and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Skills in general ledger reconciliations and external reporting.
• Certifications listed: CFA, CPA, or CMA (as specified in the source).
• Working knowledge across financial reporting and analysis, general accounting, and financial operations.
