Overview

Specialist, FAO, focused on timekeeping systems analysis and support, including configuration, troubleshooting, and participation in future implementation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain time & attendance systems (rules, policies, workflows).
• Translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve timekeeping system issues independently.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain system documentation such as SOPs and workflows.
• Support system selection, implementation, and upgrades (including UKG/Kronos and Workday).
• Contribute to ongoing system improvements and optimization.

What you'll need

• Strong experience with timekeeping/workforce management systems.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration (rules, logic, policies).
• Solid IT background and logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues independently.
• Good understanding of HR/payroll processes.
• Experience with UKG (Kronos), Workday, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to system implementation or migration projects.
• Educational qualification: Graduate.
