Specialist, FAO

Overview

Specialist, FAO will handle month-end accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Prepare financial statements.
• Create journal entries.
• Perform GL reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
• Manage month-end tasks including accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets.
• Conduct quality checks on journals and reconciliations.
• Support month close and finalization and financial reporting & consolidation.
• Maintain masters related to GL accounts, profit centers, and cost centers; support audits.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 6-8 years of experience in R2R, GL, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in basic accounting and intermediate accounting concepts.
• Basic computer literacy in Windows with Word, advanced Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to plan and manage workload independently.
• Team player willing to help to get the job done.
