• Support employee orientation programs and training initiatives for integration and development.
• Assist performance evaluations and feedback by maintaining documentation and tracking timelines.
• Administer HR policies and procedures for benefits, leave management, and employee relations.
• Manage offboarding including exit interviews and separation documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records with data confidentiality and security.

What you'll need

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance (one of the listed options).
• Masters degree options listed include Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Professional Human Resources certifications listed include PHR (required).
• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification listed.
• SHRM-SCP certification listed.
• Intermediate B1 proficiency in English is required.
• Required HR Operations skills include employee consultation, employee data management, and employee experience.
