People & Culture Service Delivery Specialist

Overview

People & Culture Service Delivery Specialist supporting knowledge content lifecycle and HR self-service operations.

What you'll do

• Manage the lifecycle of knowledge base content in ServiceNow from creation to retirement.
• Create and maintain HR knowledge articles, SOPs, and documentation with SMEs and content owners.
• Ensure content follows standards, templates, governance guidelines, and perform regular content audits.
• Identify content gaps, analyze performance/usage metrics, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with P&C Intelligence and content owners to improve chatbot responses.
• Support ServiceNow platform improvements with the ServiceNow Product Owner.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in P&C Operations, Knowledge Management, Content Management, or related roles.
• Proficiency with case management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a structured approach to work.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and lead training and enablement sessions.

Nice to have

• Experience in P&C Shared Services or an international service delivery setting.
• Exposure to Workday or other HR systems.
• Experience with chatbot/virtual agent or self-service tools.

• Work hours primarily aligned to U.S. time zones.
