Specialist - Insurance Operations

Overview

Insurance operations role responsible for timely and accurate processing of documents and information, including report preparation, within Marsh's operations team.

What you'll do

• Ensure timely and accurate production and processing of relevant documents and information, including report preparation.
• Contribute to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
• Adhere to Company policies and performance standards.
• Update reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry.

What you'll need

• Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.

Details

• Location: Mumbai - Hiranandani.
• Work mode: Hybrid. All colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week, with office-based teams identifying one anchor day per week for full-team in-person attendance.
