Specialist - Insurance Operations

Overview

Insurance operations specialist role responsible for accurate processing of documents and information, including report preparation, in support of service levels and business objectives.

What you'll do

• Ensure timely and accurate production and processing of relevant documents and information, including report preparation.
• Contribute to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
• Adhere to Company policies and performance standards.
• Update reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry.

What you'll need

• Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation.

Details

• Hybrid work: all colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
• Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which the full team will be together in person.
