Specialist Ramp Up & Change Management

Overview

Specialist Ramp Up & Change Management role in the Supply Chain team, supporting new product development through successful ramp-up completion.

What you'll do

• Represent Supply Chain in new product development processes from project release to ramp-up completion.
• Support synchronized project management between Product, Technology, and Package teams to meet timelines.
• Set up master data according to project requirements.
• Plan, order, and execute sample orders across multiple international sites.
• Lead and moderate ramp-up teams during proper project phases.
• Provide the right tools for ramp-up goals such as early risk production.

What you'll need

• University degree focused on engineering, natural sciences, or supply chain management.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally in the semiconductor industry.
• Affinity for IT systems, databases, and data analysis with good visual presentation skills.
• Ability for basic database programming or programming to pull data from different sources (preferred).
• Communication skills across technical, non-technical, and management functions, and across 3 regions (EU, Asia, US).
• Excellent English skills; German skills or willingness to learn German is preferred.
