Overview

Specialist Solution Engineer role within Salesforce’s Solution Engineering team, partnering with customers and internal teams to develop and demonstrate solutions across Salesforce product lines.

What you'll do

• Align innovative strategies to technology solutions across complex accounts.
• Partner with clients and internal teams, including C-level contacts, to drive consensus on multi-product solutions.
• Solve business problems by defining issues, identifying opportunities, and recommending next steps.
• Manage innovation by communicating solution options and driving consensus among collaborators.
• Deliver executive-level software demonstrations and build future-state customer journey strategies.
• Assist with discovery, analysis, and recommendations by delivering transformational pitches using live product demonstrations.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
• Knowledge of related applications, relational database, and web technology.
• Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments.
• Ability to travel based on territory alignment and region.
