Specialized Analytics Manager

Overview

The Specialized Analytics Manager leads AI/ML work and supervises a team within Citi’s deposits space, focusing on delivering end-to-end AI solution development.

What you'll do

• Lead AI/ML engagements within the deposits space and manage a team.
• Drive the end-to-end development pipeline for a typical AI solution.
• Work with large and complex internal and external data to evaluate and support business strategies.
• Document data requirements, support data collection/processing/cleaning, and perform exploratory data analysis.
• Use statistical models/algorithms and data visualization techniques as needed.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance and escalating/managing control issues transparently.
• Provide full supervisory responsibility including performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions/terminations, and daily task direction.

What you'll need

• Have 7-12 years of experience.
• Have strong understanding of traditional AI-ML concepts and deep learning knowledge with implementation experience.
• Have exposure to Gen AI and Agentic AI concepts with hands-on implementation in prior roles.
• Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Have relevant experience in data quality, data analytics, or data management in financial services.
• Hold a bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience.
