Sr. Associate - F&A - R2R 5B

Overview

Sr. Associate role in the General Accounting domain of Finance and Accounting (F&A), Record to Report (R2R), responsible for the day-to-day activities of the team and for month-end close and reconciliation work.

What you'll do

• Review the team's day-to-day activities, including but not limited to account reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests.
• Perform month-end close activities.
• Manage fixed assets capitalization and maintenance.
• Perform intercompany accounting.
• Perform bank and investment reconciliations.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations.
• Perform fixed assets reconciliations (FA clearing and SL-GL).
• Identify balancing items and drive their clearance.
• Perform escheat reconciliations.
• Support corporate reporting.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX compliance.
• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification.
• Required skills: account maintenance, banking capital markets, client relations, collaboration tools, reconciliations, Record to Report (R2R), regulatory compliance management.
• English language, intermediate proficiency (B1), required.
