Sr Associate Finance

Overview

The Sr Associate Finance role supports Global Commercial Operations (GCO) finance through financial data management, analysis, forecasting, reporting, budget coordination and process optimization. The role reports to the Amgen India GCO Finance lead.

What you'll do

• Manage comprehensive financial data.
• Perform financial analysis and forecasting.
• Provide financial support for ad-hoc projects.
• Coordinate GCO OPEX budgets.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly OPEX reports.
• Conduct variance analysis.
• Prepare and review accruals.
• Process invoices.
• Set up Purchase Orders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports for leadership and other Therapeutic areas in GCO.
• Support the OPEX lead and brand finance lead with financial planning and OPEX support for budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
• Provide data-driven insights into performance drivers, cost trends and business risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to standardization and automation initiatives to improve process efficiency.
• Maintain and update financial master data across all systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Create, modify and deactivate cost centers in alignment with the organizational structure.
• Create WBS for project tracking and financial reporting.

What you'll need

• B.Com and MBA, CA, CMA, or CPA qualifications.
• Relevant FP&A experience.
• 5-9years of experience.
