Sr. AWS Developer, Managed Services

Overview

Sr. AWS Developer (Managed Services) responsible for implementing complex, AWS-based enterprise solution designs for contact center use cases.

What you'll do

• Work with a Solution Architect to deliver contact center solutions.
• Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
• Lead hands-on development of a Solution Design using best practices.
• Distribute tasks and perform code reviews for a development team.
• Deliver technical end user training and documentation.

What you'll need

• Hands-on programming experience (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
• Experience building integrations across systems using REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON format and related services.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with CloudFormation, AWS CDK, and Lambda integrations.
• Logging experience with CloudWatch for troubleshooting.
• Experience architecting and building Amazon Connect.

• Compensation range varies by location, with a California annual salary range of $94,400 to $266,300 USD.
