Sr Clinical Demand Manager

Overview

Sr. Clinical Demand Generation Manager supporting revenue growth in the clinical market for procalcitonin across East India.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute demand-generation and territory strategies for procalcitonin in East India.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and influencers.
• Position solutions by understanding customer workflows and requirements.
• Develop strategic account plans for priority customers.
• Drive customer engagements, scientific programs, workshops, and market-development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and customer information in CRM and support pipeline management and forecasting.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in clinical diagnostics, life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand complex product applications and workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; additional regional language skills preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 70% within the assigned territory.
