Overview

Sr. Data Architect for Data Engineering in a global digital technologies role at Genpact, focused on integration architecture leadership and strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and manage a global team of Senior Integration Solution Architects.
• Define and drive a 3-to-5-year global integration roadmap with the Global Integration Director.
• Champion API-led connectivity and event-driven architecture adoption across business units.
• Establish and enforce global integration standards, reference architectures, and design patterns.
• Run the Integration Design Authority (IDA) to review and approve complex architectural blueprints.
• Report integration strategy progress, operational metrics, and delivery milestones to the Global Integration Director.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years of direct people leadership experience managing technical/integration teams in a matrixed global environment.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a global CPG/FMCG, retail, or manufacturing enterprise.
• Deep familiarity with business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Strong conceptual/governance understanding of iPaaS & API management (MuleSoft, Azure APIM, SAP BTP IS).
• Strong conceptual/governance understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and message brokers (Solace PubSub+, Azure Service Bus/Event Grid).
• Strong conceptual/governance understanding of B2B/EDI platforms (OpenText/GXS, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, AS2).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
