Supervisor - Middle Office Client Services

Overview

Supervisor for Middle Office Client Services responsible for leading bank loan operations and ensuring accurate loan lifecycle processing and settlements.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the bank loan operations team.
• Oversee trade capture, allocations, and loan lifecycle events.
• Manage primary and secondary loan settlements and resolve settlement exceptions.
• Handle reconciliations, corporate actions, and loan restructuring activities.
• Maintain security master data accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee operational workflows across Aladdin, Wall Street Office, ClearPar, and related platforms.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of bank loan operations experience.
• Previous people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated loan operations and settlements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros.
• Familiarity with Aladdin, Wall Street Office (WSO), and ClearPar.
