Sr Director Analyst (HR Strategy & Transformation)

Overview

Senior Director Analyst role within Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, focused on HR Strategy & Transformation.

What you'll do

• Create “must-have” HR insights in multiple formats (e.g., writing, video, infographics, podcasts) for Gartner clients.
• Develop deep analysis to identify root causes of client barriers and reframe thinking to drive strategy.
• Deliver individualized advice to CHROs and other senior HR leaders using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Provide sales support by acting as a voice of the market to drive content engagement with clients.
• Support BTI and Sales through peer review of content and timely delivery.
• Build credibility as an industry expert and represent Gartner insights, methodology, and strategy.
• Mentor and coach more junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of relevant experience in HR functional and/or HR technology leadership roles.
• Profound understanding of CHRO challenges, including familiarity with CHRO workflows and priorities.
• Experience designing and leading HR functional transformations.
• Knowledge of the HR technology landscape, including market dynamics and vendors, particularly AI.
• Executive presence to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable).
