HR Leader for DePuy Synthes (India) supporting business leaders with the talent agenda and HR strategy execution.

What you'll do

• Advise senior managers on HR issues and provide strategy-aligned recommendations.
• Drive talent management through methods for identifying and retaining key employees.
• Consult on employee and labor relations issues, analyze trends, and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate department-level programs such as customized training and coaching.
• Mentor junior colleagues and provide functional (matrix) supervision.
• Collaborate with regional HR to develop and implement an integrated HR strategy for APAC.

What you'll need

• Typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field required.
• Experience supporting multi-country or regional business operations in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into insights.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• English proficiency required; additional languages preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
