Overview
Sr Director Analyst in HR Technology focused on Talent & Learning, an individual contributor role working remotely in India. You will lead research and advisory work on HR technology markets and AI use cases affecting talent management, L&D, and recruiting.
What you'll do
- Implement AI solutions in talent processes to produce research with objective, actionable guidance.
- Develop independent insights on HR technology markets and AI talent management, L&D, and recruiting use cases.
- Track vendors, emerging technologies, and changing practices in HR technology.
- Provide individualized, actionable advice using quantitative and qualitative data to support client decision-making.
- Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for events and client briefings.
- Provide high-quality, timely peer review of content and support junior analysts through mentoring and coaching.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree is a plus.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in HR technology leadership roles (or equivalent education and experience).
- Subject matter expertise in talent management, L&D, and recruiting.
- Profound understanding of L&D and talent management workflow technologies, including employee development, compliance training, performance management, succession planning, skills management, and engagement surveying.
- Specific knowledge of L&D and performance management platforms, including legacy-to-emerging transitions and AI-enabled skills impacts.
- Ability to establish credibility with senior-level audiences and present to large and small speaking engagements.
Details
- Location: Remote in India (strong preference for Gurgaon).
- Travel: Up to 25%, regionally and globally (where applicable).
