Sr. Engineer - Cloud

Overview

Sr. Engineer - Cloud to support CrowdStrike’s GDI Integrations Platform, building and running data connectors at scale for Next Gen-SIEM.

What you'll do

• Build a platform to develop and run data connectors at scale with quality.
• Create generic connectors for file ingestion, WebSocket, and REST APIs.
• Develop distributed systems for high availability, reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Develop services in Go and Python and support multi-region production systems.
• Lead and participate in cross-team platform initiatives and projects.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and improve internal tools and processes.
• Contribute to internal SDKs and connector runtime infrastructure for third-party integrations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining multiple software products/systems/releases.
• Fluency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or Go.
• Experience with commercial clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience in large-scale distributed system architecture with scalability and availability.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.
