Sr. Engineer, Design

Overview

Serve as a core technical individual contributor designing and validating on-chip controllers and mixed-signal circuitry for NAND flash chips.

What you'll do

• Develop architectures and define products.
• Perform transistor-level circuit design.
• Create test plans.
• Integrate and verify systems.
• Design and implement controller hardware using RTL.
• Develop firmware for NAND internal operations.
• Validate full-chip designs with Verilog.

What you'll need

• Solid knowledge of Verilog.
• Strong digital logic fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of analog circuits.
• Understanding of mixed-mode design and validation.
• Knowledge of design and verification CAD tools, including ncsim, Design Compiler, Formality, and PrimeTime.
• Knowledge of TCL or PERL.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of non-volatile memory design, particularly NAND.
• AI proficiency.
