Overview

Sr Extend Services Consultant for Workday Advisory services, supporting customers through post go-live programs and engagements focused on Workday Extend applications.

What you'll do

• Guide customers through Workday configuration with expert advice and best practices.
• Demonstrate Workday capabilities and help customers reach optimal solutions.
• Resolve Workday product configuration challenges and optimize solutions for business needs.
• Cultivate customer relationships through communication, presentations, and consultations.
• Develop and deliver webinars showcasing Workday’s potential for business goals.
• Deliver Success Plans services including configuration and business requirements reviews and one-on-one configuration designs.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Workday Extend experience, preferably Workday Extend certified.
• 6-8 years of Workday Integrations experience.
• Hands-on experience with web services/application types such as REST or SOAP.
• Familiarity with data formats including JSON and XML.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Interest in authentication technologies such as OAuth and JWT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
