Sr Full Stack Engineer

Overview

Sr Full Stack Engineer for a background screening and occupational health platform. Own end-to-end feature delivery across a Rails monolith and Go microservices.

What you'll do

• Design and build features across Rails monolith and Go microservices, including candidate portals and I-9 workflows.
• Extend ATS and partner integrations.
• Orchestrate asynchronous vendor searches and reporting pipelines.
• Use AI in workflow, including AI coding assistants and automated AI code review on PRs.
• Build AI-powered platform features such as intelligent document parsing and structured extraction.
• Own the full lifecycle: build, test (including major UX paths), review, ship, and monitor.

What you'll need

• Production experience with b2b SaaS applications.
• Solid Go skills (or equivalent backend experience with HTTP services and background workers) with concurrency comfort.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and relational data modeling instincts.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations (webhooks, OAuth, SFTP).
• Comfort with server-rendered frontends (ERB/HTML/CSS) and writing well-tested code.

Details

• Work mode: 100% remote anywhere in the US (Remote US).
• Anticipated pay range: $155k–$170k annually (USD).
