Sr HRIS Analyst

Overview

Senior HRIS Analyst responsible for coordinating HRIS systems planning, development and implementation, and for supervising the processing and storage of HR data.

What you'll do

• Coordinate systems planning, development and implementation for HRIS, including identifying user needs and monitoring progress toward objectives.
• Define system maintenance requirements and coordinate enhancements to existing systems to ensure and improve departmental efficiency.
• Coordinate operations with Corporate IS.
• Supervise the continuous processing, handling and storage of human resources data.
• Develop reports as needed.

What you'll need

• Degree in Information Systems, Business or Industrial Relations.
• Five to eight years of experience.

• Independence level: general direction; errors can cause substantial delay, expense and inefficiency.
• Reports to the Payroll/HRIS Manager.
