Sr Human Resources Associate, Shared Service Centre ( 9 month fixed term contract)

Overview

Support HR operations for professionals engaged on behalf of clients in a regional shared service centre. The role covers employee lifecycle administration, HR documentation, benefits, payroll support and coordination with international providers.

What you'll do

• Support onboarding, data management, visa renewals, transfers and offboarding.
• Prepare employment, benefits, payroll and termination documentation.
• Maintain employee records and process HR activity forms.
• Administer benefits and coordinate with brokers and insurers.
• Provide payroll data and audit changes for accurate payment.
• Resolve professional and customer queries and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain HR processes, SOPs and policies.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of HR operations experience.
• Experience working within a shared services environment.
• Knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Hands-on experience managing onboarding across the Americas.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• MS Office literacy and demonstrated AI literacy.
• Stakeholder management, problem-solving, attention to detail and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Shared service centre experience.
• Experience with Canada, Mexico, the United States or Brazil.
• Experience handling offboarding.
