Sr Lead Engineer- Thermal

Overview

Work on Qualcomm IoT targets to achieve power-optimized solutions through system-level power and performance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify power challenges, enable system-level power features, and optimize battery power consumption through software solutions.

What you'll do

• Perform system-level power and performance analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and identify power challenges.

• Drive debugging and analysis to identify and provide software solutions to optimize battery power consumption.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience, or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience, or PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• 2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• M.Tech/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electorinics&Communication or related field with 5+ year of relevant work experience.
• Embedded Linux Systems background with a good understanding of upstream code, Yocto and Ubuntu framework.
• Understanding of microprocessor architecture and common SoC hardware blocks, including Interconnects, Display, Graphics, and Mulimedia.
• Strong knowledge of Linux tool chain and build envoirnment.
• Hands-on experiance in perfomance analysis.
• Awareness of systems concepts such as scheduling, memory management and device drivers.
