Sr. Manager Business Operations

Overview

Lead the design, embedding and sustainment of a high-performance, values-led culture across the enterprise, partnering with the India Managing Director and GDC leadership to turn company values into practical behaviors, leadership expectations, employee experiences and measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Assess organizational effectiveness using workforce data, leadership and HR input, and business performance indicators.
• Work with the India MD and operations team to drive workforce activities that create better integration and efficiencies across the business.
• Build data-driven business cases to drive improvements in workforce practices, and work with business leaders and HR to drive operational and cost efficiencies.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, leadership forums and reviews to secure associate and leadership buy-in and convert insights into actions.
• Benchmark GDC business practices and recommend improvements that support agility, performance and employee growth.
• Ensure policies, management practices, leadership routines and employee programs are defined and aligned with culture and company objectives.
• Take the lead on key Unisys activities such as the Unisys Innovation Program and Campus Connects.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• 12-15+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role in business operations, organizational development, culture or change management, or workforce strategy.
• Experience in a Global Delivery Center, GCC, IT services or BPO setting, working across multiple functions with a large (around 5,000+ headcount) matrix organization.
• Proven use of workforce data (headcount, attrition, engagement, utilization, cost) to assess effectiveness and build business cases.
• Advanced Excel.
• A record of designing or leading culture, values, engagement or employee experience programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience running workshops, focus groups, town halls and leadership forums.
• Experience partnering with a Managing Director or equivalent senior leader, and with HR, Finance and IT.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Power BI or Tableau skills.
• Experience benchmarking workforce and business practices against industry peers.
